Play Time

Every day between 4:30 and 6 pm we get to go to play time with the kids.  This is the most crazy time of the day! The kids are so hyper and want to run around the whole time.  They love taking your camera and running off with it so that you will chase them.  They say the game never gets old...  They also love to take millions of pictures on it so almost all of the pictures i am about to post were taken by a little child between the ages of 4 and 10.  I must say they are pretty skilled photographers.  Even though this is the most crazy time of the day, it is also one of my favorite times.  The kids brighten my day every time i see them and they remind my why i am am here.

This little boy was so excited when he found out my name was morgan because he said his dads name is morgan also.  Who knew Morgan was an Indian name

Some of the kids were chosen to be on the dance team.  They practice every day during play time.  They are super good and it is really fun to watch!  My favorite dance they do is to the song "Somebody Out There" by David Archuleta.  The kids here LOVE David Archuleta because he came to volunteer at Rising Star a few years ago with his mom.  They all brag that they were friends with him and now he is famous.  

Sharlini is my all time favorite little girl here.  Every night when i go to family time she runs up and gives me a hug.  We sit on the floor and read books or play games.  She loves to teach me new singing  clapping games. I am going to miss seeing her so much when i leave!!
